Summary/Objective The focus of the HVAC Service Account Representative is to create and maintain strong lasting relationships with our clients statewide in the directed markets. With strong relationships from existing clients, and prospecting for new business, our Account Representatives are tasked with developing and selling preventative maintenance agreements and HVAC services within the broad range of market deliverables. In an assigned territory, partner closely with the Service Team and our technicians to grow Pueblo service agreement business. Meet sales goals through the development of existing customers and prospecting new business. Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on territory and markets within. Gain clear understanding of customers’ needs and requirements. With assistance from the Service Support Team, prepare cost estimates and price quotations on new work. Prepare professional proposals for customers. Develop pipeline of future sales opportunities. Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a customer to securing a deal. Engage in a team selling environment that utilizes internal and external subject matter experts to provide unique and value driven solutions to our customers. Operate as lead point of contact for assigned customers. Present products and services to existing and future customers. Negotiate terms of service agreements and closing of sales. Ensure timely delivery of proposals to customers. Maintain high level of knowledge in the HVAC industry. Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers dedication. Attend internal and external conferences, training, meetings, and industry events. Engage in Pueblo Mechanical sales training to enhance sales processes. Develop, present, and maintain account management plans for key customers. Maintain accurate forecasting and sales activity information in the company CRM and other tools. Maintain highest customer service with external and internal customers.
