About The Position

The Account Representative is responsible for supporting Regional Sales Managers (RSM) in their efforts to promote programs to new dealers, ensuring program usage, and working with existing dealers to expand the use of programs. Essential Functions Partner with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to assess dealer growth opportunities and expansion strategies. Manage dealer application review and onboarding setup process. Train new dealers and retrain existing dealers to ensure adoption of company programs, tools, and processes. Track and organize dealer follow-up, development activity, application reviews, and onboarding while maintaining compliance with state and federal licensing and regulatory requirements. Effectively communicate approved finance programs, promotions, and value-added services both verbally and in writing. Present programs virtually to large groups of dealers and respond to questions regarding program details and requirements. Collaborate with existing dealers to understand business models, assess sales projections, and support business growth initiatives. Utilize persuasive sales techniques to overcome dealer objections and drive program adoption. Develop proficiency in approval, funding, documentation, and verification procedures to provide accurate written and verbal guidance to dealers. Support new lead development, market research, and competitive analysis as needed. Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective dealers to promote enrollment and utilization of company programs. Assist with inbound customer call volume as business needs require. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2 years of Sales, Customer Service, or related work experience, required
  • Attention to detail and accuracy required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
