About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager based in South East Florida area to oversee the greater Miami metro territory. This is an outside sales position which boasts variety with a key focus on new business development and account management, with a focus on our Health, Corporate, & Performance vertical which works with partners across Health & Medical centers, Colleges & Universities, Professional Sports Clubs & Associations, and Corporate clubs. In this role as a Technogym field salesperson, you should be hungry, highly professional, industry credible and collaborative. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with current and new accounts,manage a large portfolio of products, services, and solutions, and oversee sales. This position will require daily local travel to our business partners throughout the greater Boston metro area and reports directly to the Sales Area Manager. Requirements

  • At least 3 years' sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
  • Solid experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
  • Result-driven approach
  • Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities
  • Ability to travel locally 75% of the time, overnight as needed 25%
  • Access to a personal vehicle
  • Valid US Driver's License

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
  • Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
  • Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM
  • Increase customer satisfaction
  • Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends
  • Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
  • Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code
