We are growing our Account Manager team and are looking for you! In this role you will lead client engagement by proactively reaching out, enhancing connections, and improving experiences through communication and process improvements. By managing and resolving technical inquiries swiftly, you will build a strong relationship, ensure satisfaction, and drive retention. You will use your analytical skills to provide insightful reports to the clients and partner with the Account Director to create retention strategies to drive client success and minimize churn.
