POSITION OVERVIEW We're seeking an experienced sales and relationship management specialist for an exciting B2B Account Management and Cross Selling Opportunity. This position is responsible for developing strong relationships within an existing client base and to identify and close cross selling opportunities for our leading online and advisory based corporate governance, executive compensation, sustainability and financial analysis solutions.

  • Cultivate and nurture existing customer relationships for strong retention
  • Employ consultative servicing and selling methods to uncover and close new opportunities within the executive compensation and governance product suites.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting for new business opportunities, online product demonstrations and training, territory and pipeline management, contract negotiation, and closing new business and renewals.
  • Create communication and lead generating campaigns to develop new relationships within client companies.
  • Meet revenue goals by retaining high percentage of clients and closing new solutions
  • Partner with members of the ICS advisory team to deliver excellent service and insights to clients
  • Assist in product development efforts by delivering feedback on market needs and opportunities
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years in sales and marketing preferably in the financial corporate or consulting area
  • Superior analytical, verbal and written skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of team
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives at prospect firms
