About The Position

BlackStone eIT is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this key position, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our clients and our technical teams, ensuring that our solutions meet customer requirements effectively. Your primary focus will be to provide technical expertise during the sales process, performing product demonstrations, and articulating the value of our software solutions. Your role will involve engaging with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, collaborating with the sales team to create customized proposals, and supporting the implementation of solutions. You will also play a crucial role in gathering client feedback to drive continuous improvement of our offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering or a technical sales role within the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and how they can address client challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective solution delivery.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
