The Sales Account Manager will focus on Healthcare and other enterprise opportunities throughout the State of California and is crucial in driving our growth and expanding our presence within the Enterprise markets. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A) in Engineering, or a related field from a four-year college or university; or three+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of energy experience in a sales position with demonstrated success.
  • Direct experience with various construction and infrastructure improvement projects.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare procurement processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Ability to identify and qualify leads effectively.
  • Ability to maintain an in-depth knowledge of California Enterprise market landscape.
  • Capacity to remain self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Capability to build strategic relationships and maintain connections through networking.
  • Ability to maintain a visible and active presence across the state of California.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp utilization skills for CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Consistent travel required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Leverages understanding of healthcare infrastructure needs, energy demands, and budget realities to build partnerships and identify potential projects.
  • Stays informed of healthcare, commercial and industrial market conditions impacting the ESCO industry and market opportunities.
  • Collaborates with the enterprise team to develop and present tailored solutions.
  • Attends and help plan State and National Conferences, speaking opportunities, and special events.
  • Travels throughout California for customer meetings and networking events.
  • Other duties as assigned.
