Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales, client relations, or customer service
  • Proven ability to grow and penetrate existing accounts
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Competitive, results-driven, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare staffing experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of healthcare client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Build strong relationships across all levels of client organizations—from staffing coordinators to executive leaders
  • Expand existing accounts by increasing headcount, improving bill rates, and negotiating favorable contract terms
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate exclusive staffing partnerships
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen partnerships
  • Drive revenue through job order creation, placements, and account expansion
  • Execute consultative sales strategies to meet and exceed performance goals
  • Increase brand awareness and market presence across assigned territories and accounts
  • Track and manage activity metrics tied directly to revenue growth
  • Partner closely with Recruiting and Credentialing teams to ensure successful placements
  • Coordinate contract details, provider onboarding, and client requirements
  • Support collections efforts within your book of business as needed
  • Ensure accurate client setup, billing rates, invoicing details, and timely payments
  • Adhere to company contract approval and legal review policies
  • Maintain detailed documentation and system utilization
