About The Position

Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for sales and technical knowledge? Joshua Tree Experts is seeking an Account Manager to join our central sales support team. This is a high-impact role responsible for serving as the sales engine for our field Sales Arborists, converting qualified inbound leads into accurate, profitable service proposals, and booking appointments. The ISR team is critical to driving JTE's revenue goals and maintaining the efficiency of our service scheduling.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of successful inside sales, client service, or direct sales experience, preferably in the home services, field service, or recurring service industry (e.g., HVAC, landscaping, pest control).
  • Technical Acumen: Proven ability to learn and quickly master complex software tools (like CRM systems) for estimating and proposal generation. Experience with field service management software is highly beneficial.
  • Communication & Drive: Exceptional phone presence and persuasive communication skills, coupled with a high degree of self-motivation and goal orientation.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail for accurately calculating measurements and ensuring pricing integrity across all proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Conversion & Technical Proposal Generation
  • Lead Conversion: Manage all inbound leads, inquiries, and warm transfers from the Client Services team (Contact Center). Qualify customer needs and convert inquiries into booked consultation appointments or direct service proposals.
  • Outbound Sales & Lead Generation: Responsibilities include strategic outbound calling campaigns targeting specific territories or lapsed clients and proactive lead generation initiatives.
  • Customer Education: Serve as a subject matter expert on JTE's core service offerings, educating potential clients on the value of our programs and addressing technical questions related to tree and lawn health.
  • Technical Proposal Generation: Utilize SingleOps CRM and other proprietary tools to accurately measure client properties (lawns, shrubs, trees) and build precise, profitable proposals for routine services (Lawn Care, Pest Control, basic Plant Health Care).
  • Sales Execution: Follow up with existing proposal pipelines to maximize acceptance rates and secure client commitment for service commencement.
  • Scheduling and Hand-off: Coordinate directly with the Operations and Scheduling teams to ensure seamless hand-off of closed deals and booked assessment appointments for field Account Managers, maintaining data integrity in the CRM.
