About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Executive to join our sales organization. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience and a deep understanding of supply chain challenges within retail, manufacturing, or 3PL/logistics. The ideal candidate is a solution-selling expert with a robust network, capable of sourcing and closing end-to-end deals that fuel our growth. The Account Executive will report to the VP Sales, playing a critical role in driving strategic revenue initiatives. Open to occasionally working EU hours

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years in enterprise software sales with a focus on supply chain solutions.
  • Proven track record in solution selling and closing complex deals end-to-end.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics within retail, pharma, manufacturing, or 3PL/logistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute Solution-Based Selling and operate within an MEDDPIC framework
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute with Enterprise Sales Strategy to drive revenue growth in targeted sectors.
  • Participate in a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to refine the company’s market positioning and value proposition.
  • Pitch directly to the prospect’s C-Suite
  • Identify, prospect, and engage with potential enterprise clients within the designated supply chain sectors.
  • Leverage an existing robust Rolodex to expand the company’s network and drive new business opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless, consultative solution-selling approach.
  • Responsible for self-sourcing leads
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning our software solutions to meet their needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the executive team.
  • Utilize Salesforce and continue to optimize the sales processes.
