About The Position

The Sales & Account Coordinator supports the Sales team by managing customer orders, coordinating internal handoffs, and serving as a primary point of contact for order status and execution. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order processing, timely communication, and strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, customer service, or a related role
  • Associate degree, training program, or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

  • Support the full lifecycle of customer orders from entry through delivery
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order status and updates
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Finance teams
  • Schedule and track shipments based on inventory and production availability
  • Identify and resolve issues related to orders, shipments, or billing
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems
  • Communicate proactively and professionally with customers and internal partners
