About The Position

This customer service position serves as an Account Coordinator and is responsible for managing, placing, and tracking orders. This role will also build relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or relevant field preferred.
  • One (1) year of sales experience preferable; will accept customer service experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office Applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; and CRM software. Experience with Mac preferred.
