This individual will conduct training sessions, monitor compliance, investigate accidents, and provide recommendations for improvement. The goal is to prevent workplace accidents and promote health and safety awareness and education to all employees. Requirements

  • Associate degree in related degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Risk Control, Health & Safety specific to field service industries and construction is required.
  • Knowledge of Federal and state law is required.
  • Must be able to work independently with little direction.
  • Be highly motivated and an independent thinker.
  • Data driven and process orientated.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

  • Mechanical aptitude a plus.
