The Safety Specialist II position will be responsible for the implementation/enforcement and training of personnel in the corporate safety policy as well as applicable local, state, and federal safety policies/laws. This position will be required to conduct audits of multiple jobsites, write, and effectively communicate corrective actions and training to all personnel at all levels of management. This position requires a high level of independence and possess a high level of skill/competence in all aspects of safety hazard identification/corrective actions/training. This position will also have extensive interaction with field and management personnel. Ability to conduct safety training in a variety of safety subjects. This position will also occasionally be required to assist with the training/supervision of other safety personnel. This position requires for the candidate to travel to other states.
