This role combines administrative responsibilities with traditional security duties in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Valid ASRB License (or ability to obtain)
• Valid Driver’s License & clean MVR
• At least 21 years old
• Strong computer skills; able to use multiple software programs
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 1+ year security, military, LE, or corrections experience
• 1+ year administrative experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Lenel OnGuard , ISN, or access control systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Able to remain calm and effective during emergencies
• Physical Requirements Stand/sit for 1 hour without break Walk ½ mile without stopping Bend, lift lightly, observe, and patrol for extended periods
• Associate’s degree in business administration
• 3+ year security, military, LE, or corrections experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct site safety classes for contractors and employees
• Verify IDs, contractor eligibility, and safety compliance (ISN)
• Process onboarding paperwork and presenting safety videos
• Create and update employee badges in Lenel OnGuard
• Assign access levels, capture photos, and maintain profiles
• Issue vehicle placards; verify registration and insurance
• Record vehicle/driver information and maintain accurate logs
• Conduct walking and vehicle patrols
• Monitor access points and surveillance systems
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
• Complete daily activity, incident, and visitor/truck logs
• Provide customer service and enforce site policies
