Lenape Valley Foundation (LVF) is seeking a Safety Officer Coordinator to provide leadership and oversight for safety and security operations across all LVF programs in Doylestown and Bristol, including the soon to open Bright Path Center. This is a newly created role designed to strengthen consistency, supervision, and quality in safety practices across multiple locations. The Safety Officer Coordinator serves as a working supervisor, overseeing Safety Officers while ensuring that all safety procedures are implemented in a trauma-informed, person-centered approach. This role plays a vital part in maintaining safe environments for individuals served, staff, and visitors. This newly created Safety Officer Coordinator role offers the opportunity to shape and strengthen safety operations across multiple locations, provide mentorship and leadership to staff, and play a meaningful role in supporting individuals receiving behavioral health services.
