Safety Manager - Mooresville, IN
About The Position
This is a 6-week 1099 contract position for a Construction Safety Manager located in Mooresville, IN, with a start date of 06/18/2026. The role involves overseeing safety for precast erection at a data center construction project, with a specific focus on Lift Planning & Rigging Oversight and Fall Protection. The compensation includes an hourly rate of $56/hr for local candidates and $52.50/HR for non-local candidates, a per diem of $125/Day for seven days, and a $150/month completion bonus. Pay is weekly. The work schedule is Monday-Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM, with possible Saturdays, totaling 50-60 hours per week.
Requirements
- BCSP Cert
- OSHA 510
- Excellent public speaking and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of EHS and industry regulatory standards in construction
- Ability to effectively communicate safety principles and regulations

- OSHA outreach training experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct project safety inspections and employee orientations
- Provide safety training as needed
- Monitor worksite employees and enforce safety protocols
- Review and manage safety-related documentation and contractor correspondence
- Perform additional EHS-related tasks as required
