About The Position

The Construction Safety Manager will oversee safety for precast erection at a data center construction project in Mooresville, IN. This is a 6-week contract position, starting on June 18, 2026. Key aspects of the role include Lift Planning & Rigging Oversight and Fall Protection. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 0700-1700, with possible Saturdays, expecting 50-60 hours per week.

Requirements

• BCSP Cert
• OSHA 510
• Excellent public speaking and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Strong understanding of EHS and industry regulatory standards in construction
• Ability to effectively communicate safety principles and regulations

Nice To Haves

• OSHA outreach training experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct project safety inspections and employee orientations
• Provide safety training as needed
• Monitor worksite employees and enforce safety protocols
• Review and manage safety-related documentation and contractor correspondence
• Perform additional EHS-related tasks as required

Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $56/hr (local) $52.50/HR (non-local)
• Per Diem: $125/Day on seven days
• Completion Bonus: $150/month
• Pay: Weekly
