EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Safety Team at our Home Office in Columbia, Missouri during the Spring of 2026. Primary Responsibilities Establish practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand capabilities for the department and organization. Partner with safety management to assist in communicating notices, training materials, and other departments where projects involve other departments. Sets and manages project expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members Compile and share safety data with all leadership levels, ensuring accuracy and timely communication for informed decision-making and compliance. Requirements

  • Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s degree at an accredited U.S. college/university
  • Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA
  • You are outgoing and have excellent communication skills
  • You have high attention to detail
  • You are highly organized, flexible, and able to multitask
  • You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude
  • You are a self-starter and take initiative
