Requirements

Valid unrestricted driver's license
Several years of driving experience and knowledge of U.S. regulations, ideally in professional or automated driving environments
Experience in driver instruction or coaching; familiarity with Mobileye technology is a plus
Strong technical understanding, high sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills
Comfortable using digital tools, navigation systems, and training software
Willingness to travel and occasionally work in shifts
Consent to Motor Vehicle Record check will be required

Responsibilities

Lead training sessions, driving exercises, and theoretical lessons on system behavior, intervention strategies, and safety protocols
Coach and assess Safety Drivers during real-world and test track operations
Collaborate with development, testing, and safety teams to align training with current requirements
Document training progress, conduct feedback sessions, and continuously improve methodologies
Support the selection and onboarding of new Safety Drivers
