It operates a state-of-the-art facility on ten acres with the capacity of six bottling lines. This position involves leading efforts to create a zero-injury environment by developing practical safety programs, driving training, and ensuring compliance across facilities. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 years of relevant safety or compliance experience

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or related field

Responsibilities

Develop and implement safety programs, training, and policies that meet or exceed regulatory requirements
Identify hazards, lead incident investigations, and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Partner with managers and team members to strengthen safety culture and engagement
Support compliance efforts, including TTB regulations and environmental standards
Oversee safety metrics, reduce workplace incidents, and manage related claims and recovery processes
