It operates a state-of-the-art facility on ten acres with the capacity of six bottling lines. Join 1820 Spirits as a Safety Coordinator to play a key role in building a workplace where safety and culture are integrated. This position involves leading efforts to create a zero-injury environment by developing practical safety programs, driving training, and ensuring compliance across facilities. The role offers the chance to make a visible impact by shaping both safety practices and team engagement within a growing company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant safety or compliance experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement safety programs, training, and policies that meet or exceed regulatory requirements
  • Identify hazards, lead incident investigations, and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Partner with managers and team members to strengthen safety culture and engagement
  • Support compliance efforts, including TTB regulations and environmental standards
  • Oversee safety metrics, reduce workplace incidents, and manage related claims and recovery processes
