Requirements

High school diploma (some college preferred)
Personal computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products; technical aptitude to learn internal systems
Strong service orientation and highly organized; detail oriented
Effective time management, and ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously
Independently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate supervision and effective in a team setting
Strong communication skills, public speaker, and an effective problem solver

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact to all new hires.
Process new hire paperwork in a timely manner.
Conduct safety related training.
Request safety related permits related to the project scopes.
Complete site incident prevention plans as needed.
Schedule required medical screenings.
Provide services and work closely with the other departments (Jobsites etc.).
Operate office machineries such as computers, printers, photocopiers, postage machines.
Maintain inventory of all safety supplies; purchase safety supplies and equipment when needed.
Answer questions and find information for employees, vendors, and clients.
Ensure that safety supplies and training materials are well-maintained, organized, and secure.
Complete permits per client requirements for work completion
Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
