You will be trusted to: - Generate reports and dashboards that analyze trends (leading/lagging indicators), site performance, and department financial data. - Support multiple safety applications by performing database updates, as well as other application maintenance. - Create innovative ways and visual aids to share site performance across the organization. - Produce accurate safety related communication that is consistent with LCRA’s safety mission and goal. - Build partnerships with other departments and leaders to understand the alignment with safety processes and proactively drive growth and improve results toward the best in class safety culture.

Requirements

  • Six or more years’ experience in administration of industrial safety and/or health programs, operations analysis, process improvement, project management, business systems analysis, financial analysis or related experience. A degree in safety, health, business, economics, finance, computer science, information systems or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
  • Driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced experience in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, etc.
  • Experience with safety management systems and learning management systems
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting and recordkeeping (OSHA, ANSI, EPA, etc.).
  • Industry certification in data analytics or data science

Responsibilities
