About The Position

The Ethical and Responsible AI (ERAI) Program ensures that AI across the enterprise is designed, developed, and deployed in ways that are safe, secure, transparent, and human-centered. Through a principled AI governance framework aligned with global regulations and aligned across all risk domains, ERAI enables teams to innovate responsibly while maintaining trust and integrity. What you will be doing: Review and validate AI use case documentation (model cards, risk assessments, approvals). Ensure adherence to governance checkpoints during development and deployment. Conduct and document risk assessments (privacy, security, fairness, robustness, compliance); recommend mitigations and monitor follow through. Provide guidance to business and technical teams on governance requirements. Contribute to training materials and awareness sessions for Responsible AI practices. Analyze governance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Prepare reports for leadership on compliance status and risk indicators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, risk management, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in data governance, risk management, technology strategy, compliance, or related disciplines .
  • Hands-on experience in governance, risk management, or compliance; prior involvement in AI governance activities such as AI use case risk assessment and inventory, model lifecycle documentation, policy implementation, or other risk assessments preferred.
  • Working knowledge of AI governance tools or platforms (e.g., model registries, dashboards, MLOps) and ability to apply them in day-to-day tasks.
  • Solid understanding of AI concepts, responsible AI principles, and emerging governance standards; ability to interpret and apply AI risk management and ethical AI practices in practical scenarios.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating work with cross-functional teams and ability to manage deliverables independently.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to guide stakeholders on governance requirements and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to evaluate and enhance operational processes, improve the efficiency, consistency, and scalability of AI governance activities.
