We have over 1,200 employees globally and are currently looking for the newest member of our team. As a SaaS Sales Executive, reporting to our EVP of Sales, you will focus on driving mid‑market growth in the Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) region through outbound sales to our existing client base and targeted expansion within your territory. You will own a portfolio of mid‑market accounts in CEE, growing revenue via new logos, cross‑sell and upsell of our SaaS solutions while building long‑term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the region.

Requirements

  • Experience selling B2B SaaS to mid‑market customers in the CEE region (e.g. Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria or the Baltics).
  • Fluency in English and an additional CEE languages (e.g. Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian)
  • Understanding of the CEE business landscape and the ability to engage and influence C‑level stakeholders in the region.
  • Bring a positive attitude, drive, passion and determination to pursue and close business.
  • Creativity, a strong team‑player mindset and resilience.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in SaaS solution sales to SMEs and Corporates.
  • Have the ability to pitch our award winning and cutting edge SaaS solution to c suite executives.
  • Demonstrated track record of commercial achievements, meeting/exceeding pre-agreed targets.
  • A reputation for rolling up your sleeves and getting results - someone with drive, passion and determination to pursue and close logos.
  • Prior experience leading end-to-end technical solutions, from generating to closing, with the ability to engage C-level executives throughout.
  • Superb time management, judgment, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expert high-impact communication and presentation capabilities.
  • High intellectual and emotional intelligence and innate ability to focus on partner /client needs.
  • Credibility at all levels, including C-level and evidence of building strong relationships internally and with the customer.
  • High professional and personal standards: thorough, organized and conscientious.
  • Creativity, team player mindset and resilience.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent English, additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a defined portfolio of mid‑market customers across the CEE region.
  • Conduct consultative outbound sales activities (calls, video, email) tailored to CEE markets.
  • Identify and execute cross‑sell and upsell opportunities within your CEE accounts.
  • Provide regular, accurate updates and forecasts to management.
