The Role: Regional Vice President, Strategic Accounts - Northeast Your Mission: - Lead and scale a team of 6-7 elite enterprise reps covering the Northeast - Drive 6-7 figure new logo acquisitions and strategic expansions - Build repeatable playbooks for C-suite engagement and enterprise-wide AI adoption - Own the Northeast as we become the category-defining AI operations platform Your Territory: NY, NJ, CT, MA (must be based in NYC or Boston metro) You're Our Person If You Have: Non-Negotiables: ✅ 3+ years leading enterprise sales teams (not just been a top rep) ✅ 7+ years selling to $1B+ revenue enterprises (5,000+ employees) ✅ LOB application sales DNA - you've sold platforms, not point solutions ✅ Proven startup success- at least one rocket ship on your resume ✅ Over quota in 2 of your last 3 years ✅ 12-25 years total sales experience (sweet spot: 15-20) ✅ Based in Northeast territory (no relocation) Your Superpower Stack: Business Discovery Mastery: You don't chase use cases—you uncover C-suite priorities and translate them into funded, enterprise-wide initiatives Top-Down Selling: You start with the CEO/CFO vision, not the IT department's feature wishlist Pipeline Architecture: You build predictable revenue engines through disciplined prospecting and strategic account mappin Platform Thinking: You've sold solutions that transform how companies operate, not just how one team works Where You've Excelled: Companies like Celonis, ServiceNow, Appian, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Qualtrics, or similar enterprise platforms where business transformation beats technical features. What We're Building Imagine a platform that: Connects to every major LLM (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) Deploys AI across any department without custom development Breaks down silos between Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR Turns "we should use AI" into "here's exactly how we're using AI to drive $XXM in value" This isn't another AI tool. It's the operating system for the AI-powered enterprise.
