The Commercial team at H1 is crucial in creating this future, partnering with colleagues and customers to understand and deliver the most valuable products to the market. We deeply understand customer needs and user workflows to solve problems in simple and novel ways. As an RVP, Enterprise Sales, you will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for driving new business and expanding strategic enterprise relationships across H1's Medical, Clinical, and Commercial SaaS offerings. You will operate as both a player-coach and business leader, owning revenue outcomes, developing talent, and refining the enterprise go-to-market motion.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including time in high-growth or startup environments
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing quota-carrying sales teams
  • Proven track record of exceeding ($2M-$8M) revenue targets across new business and expansion
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into life sciences organizations (pharma, biotech, medtech, or CROs) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Drive new logo acquisition while expanding existing enterprise relationships
  • Own pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and overall revenue performance
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to strengthen GTM execution
  • Build and execute account strategies that deepen penetration within complex enterprise customers
  • Establish repeatable sales processes that scale in a high-growth environment
  • Maintain and grow executive-level relationships with key customers
  • Hire, mentor, and retain top-performing sales talent
