Sales Organization Description: Our team works with Nonprofits to understand their mission and to leverage the power of the Salesforce platform driving value. The Nonprofit teams reports into the the Global Public Sector team. GRB Business Unit: (30 - 100 employees) Job Description: We are looking for a sales leader with great energy, leadership, and initiative to drive team performance and sales for our enterprise team. The candidate will be a high impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results & first-class employee development. The Sales Leader is fully responsible for developing and leading the team to generate revenue and achieve individual team and organizational quotas. As a 2nd line Sales Leader you will be leading a team of 1st line Sales Leaders. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement regional or segment-level sales strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Talent Management: Hire, mentor, and develop first-line managers; build a pipeline of future sales talent. Performance Accountability: Monitor team KPIs, forecasting accuracy, and sales metrics, implementing corrective actions to meet quotas. Operational Execution: Drive sales initiatives, manage channel partners, and ensure proper implementation of new product launches. Coaching & Development: Shift from "doing" to coaching by helping frontline managers solve problems independently and develop their leadership skills. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, HR, and sales operations to optimize productivity. Common Nonprofit Salesforce solutions/clouds: Nonprofit Cloud Healthcare & Life Sciences Public Sector Marketing Cloud Slack Mulesoft Tableau Your Impact: This team will directly impact the growth of our overall Nonprofit organization within Salesforce. Responsibilities

  • Hire, Train, and Develop a team
  • Develop teams into sales-ready candidates for future Account Executive positions
  • Create Industry Specific Pipeline Programs to drive Pipeline and Revenue
  • Motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
  • Regularly report on Team/Individual Results - Pipeline Generation, Quality of Pipeline, Revenue Forecasting
  • Work closely with Marketing on defining Campaign follow-up and reporting
  • Work closely with Executive Leadership Team and Sales Leaders to ensure Pipeline Quality/Quantity and proper follow-up
  • Work closely with Operations to make recommendations on process improvements
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, Productivity
