Brown & Brown is seeking an RV Operations Customer Service to join our growing team in Dallas, TX! The Operations Customer Service position assists customers with questions about coverage, enrolling in the program, and being connected to the department that can best assist with an issue. How You Will Contribute: Advising customers about benefits of our programs, assisting with requests for covered benefits, and enrollment. Directing customers to the department that can best assist them. Front ending technical assistance calls. Assisting with enrollment or renewals.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Knowledge of RV’s and roadside assistance
Responsibilities
