About The Position

As Sales Manager, you will lead from the front, create momentum on the sales floor, and align daily execution with Bretz RV & Marine’s values and commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • Prior people-management experience, ideally in retail or a high-volume sales environment
  • Experience leading teams of 10-20 employees
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Ability to stay composed and decisive in a fast-paced setting
  • Comfort with CRM systems, sales metrics, and technology
  • Working knowledge of finance processes and structured sales environments
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, reach, and climb stairs
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Nice To Haves

  • Industry experience (RV, automotive, heavy equipment, implement, or similar) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Drive sales performance through clear processes, accountability, and strategy
  • Support deal structuring and closing while ensuring the sales process is followed
  • Build strong customer relationships and oversee the customer experience
  • Conduct ongoing training to develop skills, product knowledge, and confidence
  • Partner with leadership to ensure CRM accuracy and operational consistency
  • Identify opportunities, solve problems, and keep deals moving forward
