Having sold over 1 million vehicles since inception, NPA plays an important role in assisting clients with liquidating inventory and maximizing returns. Dealers throughout the world utilize NPA for acquisition of wholesale vehicles and to ensure their pre-owned inventory meets their customer's demands. The RV and Marine (RVM) Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote NPA RV, marine, and golf car auctions, tools and services, ultimately increasing client engagement, and driving sales. They conduct market research, manage campaigns, report marketing data, and collaborate with other departments to achieve marketing goals. Summary of Job Position: The RVM Marketing Manager will work with the Marketing Director, to develop and execute Dealer-facing, Lender-facing, and internal marketing strategies and plans. They will provide a full range of marketing and communications support to indirect lines of business to deliver consistent and effective results and promote a best-in-class experience for dealers, clients, OEMs, and employees.

  • Regular, full-time position and reporting to the Marketing Director.
  • Requires 2-4 events a year that may require travel within the continental United States.
  • The RVM Marketing Manager will work closely with the VP of Marketing, Marketing Director, Graphic Designer, and Marketing Managers, assisting on an array of marketing projects, including special campaigns, company meetings, community events, conferences and trade shows.
  • Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday through Friday
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or equivalent field or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications field
  • 2-5 years of experience leading a team

Nice To Haves

  • RV, marine, powersports or automotive industry experience preferred.
  • Experience using a CRM, Microsoft 365, Adobe products, MailChimp, Teamwork or a comparable project management platform preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign/Project Planning and Strategy: Develop detailed project plans (Teamwork.com) that outline goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Align projects with overall marketing strategies and business objectives. Develop and manage media calendars.
  • Team Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, content, digital, etc.) and external vendors. Facilitate meetings and maintain clear communication to keep everyone on the same page (both internally and with partners). Work closely with the sales departments to ensure the sales teams are informed and have the appropriate collateral to be successful.
  • Events Develop and execute (working with the events manager) successful trade shows, conferences, education events, and internal events (as needed).
  • Resource and Budget Management: Allocate resources and manage budgets to ensure projects stay within financial constraints. Track expenditures and adjust plans as necessary to maintain cost-effectiveness. Develop and manage an annual budget. Work with other managers to manage resources and bandwidth.
  • Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from inception to completion. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Quality Control and Reporting: Review deliverables to ensure they meet brand guidelines and quality expectations. Report on project performance, providing updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management and Problem Solving: Identify potential challenges or risks early on and develop contingency plans. Resolve issues as they arise to keep projects on track.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Ensure all parties are aligned with the project goals and understand their roles.
