About The Position

Our Indiana public sector client is leading a multi-year, federally funded rural health transformation initiative focused on strengthening healthcare delivery, workforce capacity, and health outcomes across the state. This effort supports system-wide innovation, regional collaboration, infrastructure development, and expanded access to care for underserved and rural communities. This role contributes directly to statewide transformation efforts aimed at improving care coordination, integrating services across the health system, and driving sustainable, equitable health outcomes in underserved regions. Description of Duties: The Pharmacy Program Manager will support planning, coordination, and implementation of pharmacy-related initiatives designed to strengthen access to medications and improve continuity of care in rural communities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in workforce development, grant management, project management, program administration
  • Experience working with healthcare organizations, rural communities, training providers, or public health systems
  • Strong understanding of workforce development strategies, credentialing pathways, and training program implementation
  • Knowledge of compliance, budgeting, and reporting requirements for state or federal grants

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating pharmacy-focused program initiatives across healthcare and community settings
  • Collaborating with hospitals, primary care providers, pharmacies, and other stakeholders to support program implementation
  • Supporting analysis and synthesis of data and policy considerations related to pharmacy services and medication access
  • Assisting with development of recommendations to improve pharmacy service delivery and care transitions
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining alignment with program priorities
