About The Position

Summary:
Responsible for delivering food, beverages, and supplies to concession stands and bar fronts in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. Ensures all service locations are properly stocked and supported throughout events to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to remain on feet for 8 or more hours per shift, including extensive walking throughout the location.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment during events.

Responsibilities

• Delivers food, beverages, and supplies to concession stands, bar fronts, and other designated locations.
• Stocks bar fronts, concession stands, and various service areas with items from the warehouse.
• Assists with the delivery of ice to specified locations as needed.
• Maintains adequate inventory levels at concession stands and bar fronts during events by proactively replenishing supplies.
• Adheres to all sanitation, food safety, and equipment handling procedures.
• Interacts with customers in a courteous and professional manner to ensure a positive experience and customer satisfaction.
• Works collaboratively with bartenders, event staff, and co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards.
• Completes side work and additional tasks as assigned.
• Performs other duties as required to support event operations.
