About The Position

The RTS Warehouse Loader at Chambers Bottling Company LLC is responsible for efficiently and accurately loading products onto delivery vehicles for distribution, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled correctly and on time. This role is critical in maintaining the smooth operation of the warehouse and upholding the company's commitment to delivering high-quality products to customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Good communication skills to work effectively within a team.
• Basic mathematical skills for inventory counts and measurements.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures diligently.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience with loading and unloading trucks is advantageous.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from delivery vehicles with precision and care, adhering to safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Verify the accuracy of orders by checking product quantities and types against shipping documentation.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse space to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members and supervisors to optimize loading processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and responsible manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns to management.
• Assist in inventory management by keeping accurate records of stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay informed about company policies and procedures.
