RTS Product Engineer

As an RTS Product Engineer, you will be an integral member of the product development team. Your primary responsibility will involve the testing and qualification of Trane Commercial HVAC products, encompassing components, systems, and subsystems. This role is based On-Site (5 days).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least 3-years of engineering or product design experience is required.
- Problem assessment; analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented individual with emphasis on achieving overall team performance.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with solid modeling design package (such as CREO) a plus.
Responsibilities
- Participation as an active member of the product development team.
- Work with design engineers to help drive projects to completion.
- Assist with deviation approvals.
- Work with production lines to assist with communicating design intent.
- Coordination and scheduling of prototype builds and evaluation.
