YOUR DAY In this role, you set the tone. As our RT - Medical Records Technician, you'll greet new patients and guide them through diagnostics-capturing iTero digital scans, photographs, and x-rays with care and confidence. You'll complete cephalometric tracings, input x-rays and photos into the patient chart, and manage records and treatment-plan data with precision. Throughout the day, you'll support the clinical team to keep patient flow efficient, assist with sterilization to keep equipment spotless, and help retention and growth guidance patients-all while ensuring every person who meets you feels welcomed, comfortable, and excited for their smile journey. Schedule: Full-time Monday - Thursday: 8 AM to 5 PM Friday: 8 AM to 3 PM Occasional travel to our other office for coverage needs REQUIREMENTS We're looking for a warm, upbeat practice ambassador who makes new patients feel comfortable, supports efficient patient flow, and takes pride in accurate, high-quality records. Having dental/orthodontic experience is preferred but not required; we're willing to train the perfect candidate with an eagerness to learn !
