Job Purpose: This position will provide operations support to the RPS Service and Support team.  Will help support relationship mangers with various workflow items, monitor deadlines and report delinquent items which may also include monitoring and sign off on miscellaneous daily third-party reporting.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years Retirement Plan Services Recordkeeping experience.
  • Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint software and experience with adapting those skills to particular support needs is required.
  • Must consistently produce work with a very high degree of accuracy.
  • Flexible in changing priorities and working on multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to prioritize work in a multi-task environment is essential.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, and communication skills, especially over the telephone.
  • Must be able to maintain positive experience for clients, and associates, regardless of workload.
  • Self-motivated individual with effective office Administration skills
  • Maintain basic knowledge of retirement plan technical, legal, and regulatory topics.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing manual payrolls .
  • Responsible for processing enrollment forms.
  • Will update participant records with changes to Name, Address, employment status or any other necessary changes.
  • Will complete the daily tracking spreadsheet. This includes the tracking of distributions, fees and late payrolls.
  • Will assist with the review of weekly loan reports.
  • Monitor ACH notifications and reviewing any discrepancies.
  • Assist Relationship Managers with any contribution correction spreadsheets and working with the vendor to process the correction.
  • Assist Relationship Managers with various plan updates and helping to complete the change checklist.
  • Assist Relationship Managers with distributions forms as needed.
  • Assist with scanning documents to Image Centre.
  • Will perform special projects as assigned.
