Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Strong attention to detail, demonstrate integrity and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks.
- Strong leadership qualities.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Manage the schedule for garage doors and rain gutters.
- Work directly with Customers.
- Work closely with production managers.
- Dispatching work tickets.
- Working with material vendors.
- Working with Oracle and ITK.
- Ensure exceptional Customer service.
- Perform general office administrative duties.
