We take pride in our strong customer relationships, community impact, and employee-centered work culture.Hourly $16 - $24 (depending on years of experienceRESPONSIBILITIES: Review and reconcile delivery route documentation daily. Accurately process and apply payments collected by drivers. Handle and secure cash/check deposits in accordance with company policies. Enter data into internal route accounting systems and spreadsheets. Work collaboratively with drivers, sales reps, and warehouse staff to resolve discrepancies. Support the Office Manager with other administrative tasks as needed. Maintain organized records for audits and reporting purposes. Perform basic Excel functions (data entry, formatting, formulas). EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION: Entry-level candidates are welcome! High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous cash handling experience required. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (training provided on internal systems). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must be dependable, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced office setting. Additional Details: Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday. Training: On-the-job training will be provided. Environment: Office-based, working under the direction of the Office Manager. Requirements
