The Rotation Program is a 20-month program designed to provide a variety of general business assignments, resulting in broad, hands-on exposure to Champions Energy Services support areas and building capabilities across product, service and operational areas. Incumbents provide general support by rotating through four Champion Energy departments at five-month intervals. After successful completion of the program, employee will be assessed and may be placed in an appropriate business unit. Participants work closely with staff members and management to support various business needs including special projects/programs/assignments and daily operations
