This person would float between the New Lisbon and Tomah facilities. Location Rotation: New Lisbon: Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday Tomah: Monday/Thursday Schedule: Monday - Friday with options for either of the below schedules: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Thursday, 9-hour shift; Friday 5-hour shift The Housekeeping position performs all tasks involved in maintaining a clean work environment; adhering to all Good Manufacturing Practices as well as all food safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience Required: No experience required; in-housing training provided.
  • Certification/Licensure Required: Valid Driver’s License required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a neat and orderly appearance throughout the facility.
  • Scrub, Mop, Clean, and Vacuum floors, walls, and ceilings.
  • Dust, clean, and polish furniture and other equipment.
  • Wash windows, woodwork, washrooms, and fixtures.
  • Perform work safely and efficiently in all areas of the plant including break rooms, locker rooms, offices, and corridors.
  • Ensure work area and janitorial supplies are properly organized and maintained.
  • Establish a schedule and plan daily work assignments.
  • Understand and comply with all Quality Assurance policies, immediately reporting any potential food safety issues to management.
  • Complete non-routine cleaning/sanitation tasks as assigned.
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned as necessary to keep the facility compliant with SQF, FDA, USDA, and other regulatory agency requirements.
  • Contact with federal/state/regulatory inspectors on an annual basis.
  • Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Stop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures.
  • Correct or report any observed safety hazards.
  • Support safety policies and programs.
