Since 1969, we have been the world’s largest independent aftermarket partner for pump engineering expertise, repair, and field support. We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, free onsite parking, and a people-first culture in a clean, well-equipped shop with opportunities for professional growth. Your Day on 2nd Shift Step into our shop and take ownership of complex rotating equipment work. You’ll receive incoming horizontal and vertical pumps, evaluate their condition, and plan the teardown. Using manual, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric tools, you’ll methodically disassemble, inspect with precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other M&TE), and document findings. Once repairs are defined, you’ll reassemble to exact tolerances, verify clearances, and prepare units for testing or shipment. Overhead cranes and fork trucks help you maneuver large components safely while you interpret blueprints and schematics to guide each stage.
