Requirements

High School Diploma / GED
Experience or comparable knowledge in the Resort/Hotel industry
Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work under pressure
Active listener excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to have a flexible schedule

Nice To Haves

Timeshare knowledge is preferred
