Requirements

• Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
• Previous management or supervisory experience is required.
• Posess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Food Handler & Responsible Beverage Certification.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assists management with motivating, developing, coaching and counseling team members to ensure the proper level of service is being provided to guests.
• Assists in training new team members within their department.
• Assists with labor controls and assigning duties to team members.
• Ensures the highest quality product reaches our guests and meets exacting standards.
• Ensures that all productivity and quality standards are maintained.
