About The Position

At HCW Hospitality, in-room dining is more than just a meal; it’s an experience. As a Room Service Server, you’ll deliver top-notch service directly to our guests’ rooms. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that every in-room dining experience is exceptional. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Room Service Server, you’ll provide timely and professional in-room dining service. In this role, you will: Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and accurately. Set up and present meals according to hotel standards. Answer guest inquiries and fulfill special requests. Assist with food preparation and tray setup as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of room service areas. Handle guest payments and reconcile room charges. Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
