Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and accurately.
• Set up and present meals according to hotel standards.
• Answer guest inquiries and fulfill special requests.
• Assist with food preparation and tray setup as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of room service areas.
• Handle guest payments and reconcile room charges.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
