About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is seeking a Room Service Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Room Service Department, ensuring exceptional in-room dining experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Requirements

  • College degree in restaurant management or equivalent experience.
  • 2–3 years of supervisory or assistant manager experience in Food & Beverage.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills with the ability to adapt to changing operational needs.
  • Knowledge of cost control, labor management, and food & beverage operations.
  • Proficiency in English and ability to operate relevant computer systems.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required unless the candidate is currently in a managerial role with another Four Seasons location.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Room Service team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by handling special requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee menu design and amenity options in collaboration with the Food & Beverage leadership and culinary team.
  • Maintain quality standards for food, beverages, and service presentation.
  • Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management.
  • Monitor physical condition of facilities and equipment, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Attend operational meetings to ensure coordination across departments.
  • Promote a positive work environment and uphold Four Seasons cultural and core standards.
