About The Position

As a Room Attendant at our resort, you will be responsible for creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest. With 671 rooms spread across a beautiful resort setting, our housekeeping team plays a vital role in delivering a memorable guest experience through attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team to clean guest rooms, refresh amenities, and ensure all standards of sanitation and presentation are met. Pay Rate $20.85 #towncountrysd Projected Start Date will be Mid January.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required – training is provided
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to understand basic English instructions (bilingual a plus)
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Must be able to push/pull housekeeping carts weighing up to 100 lbs
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly (e.g., linen bags, cleaning supplies)
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and stooping
• Ability to climb stairs and work in multiple buildings across the property
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and using housekeeping tools

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, and sanitize guest rooms including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and guest amenities
• Vacuum, mop, and wipe down all surfaces including mirrors, windows, and furniture
• Restock carts and linen closets at the end of each shift
• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or lost & found items to management
• Ensure all rooms are completed in a timely manner and meet resort cleanliness standards
• Respond to guest requests or questions in a courteous and helpful manner
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards as defined by the resort
