About The Position
Hilton Garden Inn-Buffalo Airport, 4201 Genesee Street, Cheektowaga, NY 14225 We are looking for Room Attendants to join our Team! Our Hilton Garden Inn is moments away from Buffalo airport and many Buffalo attractions. Find us across from Buffalo Niagara International Airport, with a free airport shuttle available 24/7 for our guests. We host many events as our event space can host up to 300 guests. The Hilton Garden Inn has 158 guest rooms/suites and we offer onsite dining at our Garden Grille & Bar where we serve breakfast and dinner. A great stay and a great place to work. The Hilton Garden Inn/Buffalo- Airport is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates. A Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our guest rooms and suites. Role: Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service. This includes cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms. Reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor. Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests. Working typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required. Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work alone or as part of a team.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
- Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift, carry up to 25 lbs.
- And most importantly an engaging personality.
Responsibilities
