About The Position

You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest experience at Town & Country Resort. You will expertly clean, service, and refresh guest rooms daily to deliver that fresh, welcoming vibe every time. This is a physically active position requiring strength, stamina, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset in a resort-scale environment. We're looking for availability with AM shifts: Mon-Sat 8am-4:30pm, Sundays 9am-5:30pm. Pay rate: $20.85/hour. Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Physical stamina to lift, push, or pull up to 25-30 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods; good communication and customer service skills with flexibility for varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • This role demands high energy and physical stamina—candidates must be ready to tackle these requirements:
  • Stand/walk 8+ hours per shift, with frequent lifting/carrying/pushing up to 50 lbs (carts/supplies).
  • Bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and climb as needed to clean and organize rooms.
  • Strong manual dexterity, vision/hearing for safe equipment use and guest interactions.
  • Comfortable in varying temperatures, with cleaning chemicals and moderate noise.
  • Flexible for shifts, weekends, holidays during peak times.
  • Reasonable accommodations available.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms per resort standards: make beds, replace linens and terry, dust, vacuum floors, sanitize bathrooms, and refresh all surfaces for flawless presentation.
  • Collect soiled linens, inspect for issues; restock towels, toiletries, water, minibar to par levels.
  • Use vacuums/carts correctly; report maintenance/hazards to supervisor or engineering.
  • Keep carts, storage, equipment clean, organized, and on schedule.
  • Handle guest requests courteously, especially during peaks/events.
  • Follow safety, sanitation, chemical, and PPE protocols for check-in readiness.
